How do I return my product(s)?

Customers can exchange or receive a credit note for their orders within 7 of receipt or exchange it for a different size or colour except for fabrics and custom orders. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Please note that we will not accept returns of any article found without the original labels or in used, worn, customized or altered condition. Furthermore, take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments with makeup stains or perfume smells. The orders are also subject to customs and duty charges, payable by the recipient before the exportation from India. No monetary refund will be entertained unless any manufacturing defect is found in the product. In addition, customized products and fabrics, once cut from the thaan, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping and COD charges are not subject to any reimbursement. However, if any incorrect or a product with an industrial defect is delivered, kindly drop us a mail at safaaretail@gmail.com or call us for any further queries.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


What happens in case of non-delivery of an order?

If the product goes undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable., we will not deliver again, and no refunds will be possible in such cases. Additionally, the cashback will not be credited at the time of exchange of an order or refunded in the wallet for a returned/exchanged charge.


Are there any shipping charges?

We offer free shipping across India. For all international orders, we levy a standard shipping cost of ₹2900 with free shipping on international orders above 25000

Please Note:- Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, customs, and Import Duties are also not included in the ordering process but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government.

Saris, once finished with fall and hemming, will not be returned or exchanged.


REFUND POLICY

Once delivered, products can be returned within 10 days in case of defects or functional problems. Please send it back to us, and we will issue a credit for the amount paid. Refunds will be made to the original mode of purchase, i.e. cheque, credit or debit card, UPI, within 7-10 working days. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, found in used condition, damaged packaging etc.

However, if you change your mind after placing an order, we will keep the amount in your account wallet, and you can redeem it towards the product (s) within a period of 1 month from the date of order. In case of cancellation of the order after delivery of the gift/service, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery of the gift/service, and we shall work on a mutually agreeable solution.

All International orders are not refundable. But, if you find the product defective or incomplete, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve it to your satisfaction.
